•        Payment data (processed by the payment provider, not stored by MYRI. SKIN)

•        Order processing and tracking

•        Order-related communication

•        Newsletter sending (with explicit consent)

•        Site improvement and audience analysis (anonymized data)

•        Compliance with legal and accounting obligations

Processing is based on: contract performance (orders), consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention) and legal obligation (retention of accounting data).

•        Customer data (orders): 5 years from the last transaction

•        Newsletter data: until unsubscription

•        Browsing data: maximum 13 months

Data is shared with service providers strictly necessary for the performance of the service: Shopify (e-commerce platform), carriers (Colissimo, Mondial Relay), payment providers. These providers act as data processors and may not use the data for other purposes.
