General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

2.1 Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales concluded between MYRI. SKIN LLC (hereinafter "MYRI. SKIN" or "the Seller") and any non-professional buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") via the website www.myri-skin.com.

Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. MYRI. SKIN reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time; the applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.

2.2 Products

The products offered for sale are cosmetics formulated in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products. Descriptions, compositions, and visuals are provided for informational purposes only and may be updated.

MYRI. SKIN makes no medical or therapeutic claims. The products are cosmetics, not medicines.

2.3 Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included for sales in France and the EU. MYRI. SKIN reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order validation.

For deliveries outside the EU (Maghreb, United States), customs duties or local taxes may apply. These costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

2.4 Order

The order is validated upon payment. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer. MYRI. SKIN reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock shortage, obvious pricing error, or suspected fraud.

2.5 Payment

Payment is made online, securely, via the solutions offered on the site (credit card, PayPal, or any other available method). MYRI. SKIN does not store any banking data.

2.6 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to the following address:

The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused packaging, within 14 days of notification. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, via the same payment method used for the order.

Exception: in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

2.7 Liability

MYRI. SKIN cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products or an unreported allergy. It is the Customer's responsibility to consult the INCI list before use and to perform a preliminary skin test in case of known sensitivity.

2.8 Consumer Mediation.

In case of an unresolved dispute, the Customer may use the consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C — 14 rue Saint-Jean, 75017 Paris — www.cm2c.net

 

Shipping Policy

3.1 Delivery Zones

MYRI. SKIN delivers to mainland France, certain Maghreb countries, and the United States. Other destinations may be available depending on the options displayed during the order process.

3.2 Carriers and Rates

Deliveries are handled by Colissimo (La Poste) and Mondial Relay. Rates are calculated based on the total weight of the order.

Maghreb and United States rates are calculated during the order process according to the current carrier rate tables.

3.3 Delivery Times

        Mainland France: 48h to 72h working hours after shipment

        Maghreb: 5 to 7 working days

        United States: 48h to 72h working hours (depending on available carrier)

 

These times are indicative and may vary in case of exceptional circumstances (strike, bad weather, holiday season).

3.4 Order Tracking

A tracking number is communicated by email upon shipment of the order.

3.5 Delivery Problems

In case of damaged, missing, or undelivered package, the Customer must contact MYRI. SKIN within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date at: Myri.skin.admin@gmail.com


Return and Refund Policy

4.1 Return Conditions

MYRI. SKIN accepts returns within 30 days of receipt of the order, provided that the product is:

        Unopened

        Unused

        In its intact original packaging

 

Any open or used product cannot be returned or refunded, except in case of a proven manufacturing defect.

4.2 Return Procedure

1. Send an email to Myri.skin.admin@gmail.com with the order number and reason for return.

2. MYRI. SKIN confirms the return address within 48 business hours.

3. The Customer ships the product at their own expense, via registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

4. Upon receipt and verification, the refund is processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

4.3 Defective Product

In case of a defective product or one not conforming to the order, MYRI. SKIN will cover the return costs and issue a full refund or send a replacement product, at the Customer's choice.
